403(b), 457 (b), & Roth Accounts through TDS

Eligibility to participate in the Stanislaus County Office of Education's 403(b), 457(b), and ROTH voluntary retirement plans.  The TDS Group is the third party administrator who assists SCOE in staying compliant with IRS regulations associated with these plans. All employees, including part-time, temporary, or substitutes are eligible to participate and are required to receive this information.  Attached you will find the annual notice.  If you have any questions and would like to get the process started with the TDS group, follow the web address on the attached PDF file to take you to the approved provider list.
